Nautica - Mossel Bay

Nautica – Mossel Bay, the jewel of the world famous Garden Route in South Africa, offers luxury self-catering apartments with spectacular views of the bay area. Miranda drove past an old hotel in Mossel Bay and decided that she would like to revamp the ugly looking building. She bought the old hotel and surrounding land and started designing.

Miranda contacted her life long friend, Christo Botha from M&B Architects, who did not just revamp the building, but created a world class development that ended up winning the Best Redevelopment Award in London in 2006.
