Katima Mulilo, Nambia

The area is located in a prime location in close proximity to Chobe National Park/ Victoria Falls/ Mamile & Manudunu Game Parks, and situated in the flood plains with all its wonderful diverse vegetation and bird life. The Government is currently looking into creating a conservancy in this area, which will increase the tourism potential.

The lodge has been operational for 12 years and is a well known destination with an established clientele. It remains open all year round. The main season runs from May to December.  Accommodation options include full board, self catering and camping. There is a fully operational restaurant and bar.

Activities available include boating, cruises with large pontoon, boat camping on sand banks, fishing, birding, sunset cruises, transfers and trips to Chobe National Park, Victoria falls, Livingstone. The lodge has dedicated and professional staff that have been at the lodge since its inception.

Mozambique
Lodge for sale: 30 km North of Vilancoulos International Airport

The lodge is located in some of the best fishing waters in Mozambique, and is a snorkeling and kite surfing paradise.

It consists of 6 x 4 sleeper self catering chalets. Each chalet comes equipped with own fridge, freezer, 2 plate gas stove, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, 4 beds with bedding, mosquito nets, toilet & shower with a paraffin geyser. Electricity: Generator power is available (220V).

Zimbabwe
Lodge for sale: Victoria Falls town

The lodge can accommodate 18 guests as follows:

• Six rooms with bathroom en-suites (three double rooms and three twin rooms).
• A two bedroom self-catering cottage, constructed with poles and thatch comprises a living area, kitchenette, teak bar counter and a bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower.
• A second self-catering rondavel comprises an open-plan living / two sleeper studio with a bathroom consisting of a toilet, basin and shower.

There is also a separate guide’s room with bathroom en-suite. The buildings have been constructed in a classic style in red brick under a thatched roof. The exterior is finished off with teak windows and doorframes.  The main building comprises three wings:  each wing has its own separate entrance, with two spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Floors are finished in a honey-coloured quarry tile. 

A large central living area is furnished with designer buffalo and zebra hide lounge suites. The bar has teak and zebra panels. A teak dining room suit seats 20 people. 
A well-established landscaped garden with an outdoor entertainment area features a thatched gazebo and bar area with teak tables and classical canvas chairs.  A bricked barbeque area is located in the proximity of a sparkling swimming pool.A spacious well designed and equipped kitchen, with a pantry and scullery is located in the main building.
