Part of our medium to long term strategy is to have a national footprint. Operations have already been launched in Gauteng, and our strategic geographical focus is to ensure that we are represented in Durban, Polokwane and the Northern Cape by March 2009.

The company has operated in all walks of logistics, from the importing of raw materials, manufacturing logistics, exporting of finished goods, warehouse handling, transport management and the supervision of the packing of containers to ensure maximum usage of container capacity, thereby minimising freight costs.
4D-Logistics offers a range of services from customs clearing and forwarding, importing and exporting, cargo movement via air, sea, road and rail including the following:
- Assisting and providing relevant support and information to companies wishing to trade in Africa.
- Feasibility studies, on request, for the movement of cargo and related costs.
- Through bill of lading service to inland destinations

- Adopt preventative security measures to avoid loss of parcels and items in its care.
- Being accountable and taking responsibility for loss or damage in the event of our negligence.
- Making clients aware of the various products and services offered that may be beneficial to them, such as the registering of mail and adequate insurance cover for valuable goods
- Advising clients that parcels, particularly of a fragile nature, is adequately packaged to protect the integrity of the goods
- Taking the necessary precautions to ensure the privacy and integrity of items of a confidential nature.

4D-Logistics realised the importance of training people in this unique field of international trading, and has therefore collaborated with an Export and Import Training School, with 25 years experience within the freight and logistics industry, and has already successfully trained and placed scores of previous disadvantaged groups in this field.
