An area of approximately 220ha has been identified north of Heidelberg in Lesedi Local Municipality in Gauteng for property development, specifically upmarket residential housing. The property was sold to Koppie Eiendomme (Pty) Ltd and it is estimated that the area could accommodate 115 separate units. Investors and developers are welcome to contact the owners or the municipality for more information regarding the development that, it is envisaged, will stimulate growth and investment in the region and generate much-needed income for the local authority.
