Leaders in the South African commercial property services sector are looking to take advantage of a growing number of opportunities in Africa more broadly.

The development and management of commercial properties is a much needed service and South African companies such as Eris Property Group and Broll are taking advantage of the numerous opportunities.

Projects in Botswana, Zambia, Ghana, Uganda, Nigeria and Mauritius are evidence of the demand for new commercial developments, including office blocks and shopping centres, where the retail outlets from South African are establishing a foothold.
