Realcor Holdings has made a R600-miilion investment in the development of a new five-star luxury hotel located on Blaauwberg Beach in Cape Town. The hotel will be managed by the intertionally recognised hotel group, Radisson.

The investment will create 600 permanent jobs and 1500 contract jobs during the construction of the hotel. It is hoped that the hotel will be opened in August of this year.

The investment was facilitated by Wesgro. Wesgro is mandated to attract and facilitate foreign and domestic direct investment into the Western Cape.
