Business process enabling South Africa’s (BPeSA) CEO, Keryn House, announced this week that Gauteng’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector would likely grow by over R7.4-billion in 2010, potentially creating 4000 new jobs.

Speaking at a forum this week, she noted that the BPO sector in Gauteng was expected to continue growing at between 9% and 14% to 2014.

BPeSA’s research had identified nine large-scale projects that would be rolled out over the next four years to deal with skills development, infrastructure, and industry support, noted House.
