Trade & Investment House is located at Kingsmead Office Park. The building was previously occupied by Transnet Port Terminals (formerly SAPO).

TIKZN believes this move is in sync with its objective of being an effective and efficient investment and trade promotion facilitator in KwaZulu-Natal. Trade & Investment House provides great ambience and convenience to all our clients. Located in close proximity to the Durban CBD with ample on-site parking, our new home also allows easy access from taxi, bus and train stations.    

A new addition to our new home is a Knowledge Centre which will be stocked with investment and trade information and opportunities – this will in operation from 1 October 2007. Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal would like to invite our stakeholders to continue to engage and partner with us in facilitating economic growth in our province.
